Where does the data actually come from?

Every data point is sourced from official government records — state revenue departments for land records, Survey of India for boundary and topographical data, municipal planning authorities for CDP and zoning maps, and government project databases (Bharatmala, Sagarmala, Smart Cities Mission, KWIN) for infrastructure data. We don't use crowdsourced, user-generated, or estimated data.

Which cities and states do you cover?

Our deepest coverage is in Karnataka (including detailed Bengaluru layers like BBMP ward maps, Greater Bengaluru zones, and CDP boundaries), with expanding coverage in Telangana, Maharashtra, and other major states. You can search any location in India — if layer data is available for that area, it shows up instantly on the map.

Will you add pricing data and title history?

Yes, both are being built right now. Pricing Intelligence (circle rates, comparable transactions, market trends) and Title & Ownership History (chain of ownership, encumbrance status) will be added to the platform soon.
